Shipping Policy

Processing & Delivering Times

Once you have placed your order and received your confirmation email, the work on our end begins. If you have placed an order but haven't received a confirmation email please check your junk mail. Once your order has been posted you will receive an email notification.

We are a small business and everything is made by hand in Adelaide, South Australia. As we work on a made to order process, we have a processing time of up to six weeks.

We offer express delivery within Australia and New Zealand. We also offer local pickup for Adelaide based customers. Unfortunately our international orders may be affected by delays that are out of our control. Please see below for delivery date estimates.

 

Aus Shipping

Our flat rate for standard Australian shipping is $10. South Australian delivery time is 2-5 business days. Interstate delivery time is 3-6 business days. Express shipping is $15 and delivery time is 1-3 business days.

We offer local pickup for Adelaide customers. Once your order has been made we will contact you via email to organise local pickup. Our pickup is available from 9-5pm Monday-Fridays at 43 Chapel street, Norwood.

 

International Shipping

Our flat rate for international shipping is AUD $25. 

Standard international shipping is estimated at 21-28 business day. However please be aware that estimated shipping times can be affected by international delays.

 

Customs/Imports Duties & Taxes

Customs/Import duties and taxes are not included in our item pricing or our shipping costs. Any Customs/Imports charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier.

 

Packaging

We strive to be sustainable in everything we do, including our packaging! Our clothing items are wrapped in recycled tissue paper and packaged in 100% home compostable Hero Packaging mailers. Please visit Hero Packaging here to read more about the mailers and how to properly dispose of them.

If you are still waiting on your order and the estimated delivery time has passed, or you simply want an update on delivery please contact us at hello@valerieandbob.com.au and we will send you the tracking information. We are always here to help with any questions you may have and to assist with your tracking.

 

Cancellation & Changes

Once your order has been placed we do not accept cancellations. If you wish to make a change to an already placed order please contact us as soon as possible at hello@valerieandbob.com.au. You may return your garment for an exchange or store credit.
